Process of elaboration of our  Garrot

A few weeks ago Miquel Calent came to visit us from the program “Fred i Calent” on the IB3 chain to see how we made our Garrot.

Garrot (Palo) is made from burnt sugar, hence its dark color. It is a typical drink during the killings. It can also be drunk as vermouth with ice or siphon.
