Do I need an account when ordering?

Yes, to place your order with us it is essential to create an account with your data and your delivery address.

Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?

If you want to cancel your order you can contact us by mail or phone call. With the order number or name of the person who has placed the order, it will make it easier for us to find your order and we will take care of canceling it whenever said order is not in the delivery process. The refund of the money will be made by the same means that it was made.

Do the product prices include shipping costs?

I have problems with the payment, what should I do?
