ÀN/2 2015 PGI Majorca
This wine is made from the most important native varieties of the island of Mallorca: Callet, Mantonegro and Fogoneu, which represent more than 80% of the coupage. Aged in French and American oak barrels.
65% Callet, 20% Mantonegro-Fogoneu and 15% Syrah.
It was a vintage with normal temperatures, although the high temperatures in July stand out, suggesting an advance in the ripening of the grapes. The international varieties were much more affected by this anomalous increase compared to the native varieties, which were able to withstand the climatic adversities of the moment. Overall, it was a healthy vintage with good quality grapes.
