The history of dry aniseed or cazalla THREE CAIRES goes back more than 100 years and its elaboration is still done in our cellars following the same traditional recipe and without adding artificial chemical products. It is distilled in centennial stills and its process lasts more than 15 hours. Name THREE CAIRES (three-edged) comes from the characteristic triangular shape of our bottle, an original idea from Jordi Perelló Serra, a true entrepreneur and visionary who had the initiative to patent the design of the bottle back in the year 1927, although the bottle design dates from around 1895.. During all these years and due to its indisputable quality, it has become a true benchmark among liqueurs made in MallorcaThe project is a great success, both for the local population as well as for our visitors and tourists.
