Distilled wine aged in old oak casks and foudres, using the solera system in 500-litre casks (vertedera, criadera and solera).

Our family has been dedicated since time immemorial to the production of wines in the town of Llubí (Mallorca), but the phylloxera plague devastated Europe and our ancestors left wine and dedicated themselves fully to the manufacture of liqueurs. That is why we say that our House was founded in 1882, because it was this year that liquor began to be produced and wine was left aside. That same year the first batches of Brandy came out, then called cognac, as well as Rum, Bendito liquor and a long etcetera, including dry anise (called Cazalla at that time). Production continued in Llubí, leaving the winery and buying two houses that became a factory until 1940. For reasons of expansion, it was moved to Palma. During 1999 we moved to Calvià to new facilities designed specifically for a winery and factory. Today we make our liqueurs in a traditional way, faithfully following the traditional recipes of our ancestors.
