Distilled wine aged in old oak casks and foudres, using the solera system in 500-litre casks (vertedera, criadera and solera).
Brandy with more than 40 years of reserve in the cask and more than 25 in the bottle. Due to its age, it may present stains on the label and elements in suspension.
Limited numbered reserve. The Jordi Perelló distillery, which was founded in 1882, in 1993, when it celebrated its 111 years of existence, made a selection of its best and oldest brandy soleras to make a special reserve of 5,000 bottles numbered and signed by the Maestro Jordi Perelló Garí, which have been put up for sale annually, a very limited amount, so that their most loyal customers can enjoy this fabulous brandy year after year.

Our family has been dedicated since time immemorial to the production of wines in the town of Llubí (Mallorca), but the phylloxera plague devastated Europe and our ancestors abandoned wine and dedicated themselves fully to the manufacture of liqueurs. That is why we say that our House was founded in 1882, because it was this year that liquor began to be produced and wine was left aside.
