Balanced in their chemical composition, with a correct distribution of macro and micro elements, as well as an adequate level of organic matter.

VINIFICATION:
100% wine of Garnacha variety. The grapes macerate for a few hours after which the flower must is bled, which will later ferment between 17-18ºC to obtain the best aromas of the variety.
CATA'S NOTES:
Colour: Intense strawberry color with slight violet tones.
Nose: Strawberry and violet aromas that are also evident in the mouth.
