VITICULTURE:
Location: The vineyards are in the area of Cadreita, Villafranca and Caparroso.
Soil: The vineyards are located on alluvial terraces of the Ebro and Aragón rivers. They have a high content of coarse elements (rounded stones), which together with a frank texture makes their drainage capacity very good. Balanced in their chemical composition, with a correct distribution of macro and micro elements, as well as an adequate level of organic matter.
Climate: Very extreme, going from very cold winters to very hot summers, reaching minimum temperatures of up to –14 ºC and maximums of up to 42 ºC. Precipitation is very scarce, a historical average of 380 l/m2 per year, located mainly in spring and autumn.
VINIFICATION:
The grapes macerate for a few hours at a low temperature, after which the flower must is bled and fermented at 14ºC. After a gentle clarification, the wine is bottled.
CATA'S NOTES:
Colour: Yellow with light green tones. Very bright.
Nose: Intense fruit aromas, clean and fresh.
Mouth: The palate is soft and velvety, round and balanced.
