Gin Xoriguer is made by a traditional method called simple distillation or "one-shot-method".

High-quality wine alcohol, junipers preferably from the Pyrenees, well water from Mahón, sublimated by fire, which feeds on firewood from the forests of Menorca, in copper stills that are more than two centuries old give rise to a gin unique and singular character.

APPEARANCE Transparent and clear, full-bodied and differentiated by the essential oils of juniper

AROMA Aromatic, with hints of juniper, green wood and herbs.

TASTE Herbaceous palate and generous in juniper, soft citrus notes finish rounding off its character.

FINISH Long and light, with a soft hint of black pepper.
