High-quality, triple-distilled alcohol is passed through copper pot stills with botanicals and demineralized water. Botanicals include juniper, all hand-picked, coriander, and angelica root, which takes two years to grow.

Gordon's Master Distiller Terry Fraser has over 35 years of experience and passionately ensures that each bottle is made to Alexander Gordon's exacting standards.

The master distiller allows the gin to pass through the pot still for approximately 8 hours, assessing the quality and consistency regularly by smelling it. Finally, high-quality alcohol and demineralized water are added to produce a quality gin.
