In the distilleries Jordi Perelló We make the 3 classic varieties (sweet, dry and blended) in the traditional way, faithfully following the traditional recipe of our ancestors; the herbs are harvested in May at dawn and macerated for at least 60 days. Afterwards, the distilled aniseed is added, made in our centenary stills.
