Grape varieties: Cuvée made from 50% Prensal-Blanc, 49% Chardonnay and 1% Moscatel

Nose: intense, typical aroma with surprising notes of tropical fruits, peach, grapefruit, apple, fennel

Colour: yellow color with green reflections. Clear and bright appearance

Palate: great refreshment. Direct Prensal, with its unmistakable character of steel, but which also surprises with playful notes. Wonderfully fresh and fine citrus sorbet with fine grapefruit and lime zest, with medium acidity and the same body, slightly honeyed mouthfeel, soft notes of light flowers and fine herbal notes in length.
