Young White Wine, 100% Verdejo Yellow wine, clean and bright. Aromas of green apple and freshly cut grass. On the palate it is fresh and with balanced acidity. Variety: Made from a Verdejo variety 100%. Elaboration: Fermented in stainless steel tanks using native yeasts from the area at a temperature of 16º 18ºC.

Conservation: Store in a cool place without light, avoiding sudden changes in temperature and keep in a horizontal position. Temperature: It is recommended to drink in the year with an optimal temperature of 10º - 12ºC.

PAIRING It is recommended for appetizers, fish and shellfish. Special meal: Lobster or spider crab salad.
