The Vermouth Martini Blanco emerged in 1910 from a perfect blend of dry white wine and a combination of aromatic herbs and vanilla. Mugwort and sweet flowers such as violets or vanilla flowers, among others, produce a unique flavor that can only have the hallmark of MARTINI.
The original Martini was born from the nose of Luigi Rossi. Since 1863, a selection of regional herbs are the basis of its essence that, together with natural caramel, give it its scarlet hue. El Rosso boasts a secret blend of botanicals from native and foreign soils. Artemisia, one of the key ingredients, continues to be grown and harvested just a few kilometers south of our home in Pessione. Rosso's award-winning recipe is still intact. Master Ivano Tonutti is one of the 3 people who know her.
PAIRING:
It is a good companion for both sea and mountain products. Seafood, soft cheeses, pasta and rice. A good white Martini is enjoyed in a wide glass, with ice and with one or more olives pierced on a toothpick.
TASTING NOTE:
- View: In view it appears colorless.
- Nose: The nose is slightly fruity.
- Palate: In the mouth, it has a dry white wine flavor, slightly fruity, soft and subtle.
