Martini Rosso or Tinto is a vermouth made from a secret combination of wines and a selection of 40 botanicals that give it its characteristic flavor, with subtle citrus touches. Since 1863 this exquisite red vermouth has become an icon. The caramel used in the unique mix of this Martini is responsible for its unmistakable red color. Artemisia is also an essential ingredient during the distillation process of this sweet vermouth, and to this day it is still grown and harvested just a few kilometers south of Pessione. Our first love. The original Martini was born from the nose of Luigi Rossi. Since 1863, a selection of regional herbs has been its essence, and natural caramel gives it its scarlet hue. An Italian icon. PAIRING:Martini Rosso or also known as “Rojo” or “Tinto” is a fantastic complement to an aperitif or a smooth alternative to wine, and it is perfect to drink with starters, better if they are savory. The sweet flavor of this red vermouth is best enjoyed served in a 50/50 mix of Martini and premium tonic, washed down with ice and a slice of orange. TASTING NOTE:
