Sweet and natural wine, from the Pedro Ximénez grape from which it takes its name.

Its elaboration is artisanal and begins after picking the grapes and spreading them in the sun on esparto baskets. This sunshine of the clusters causes the grape to dehydrate and a large increase in the density of its sugars, already high due to the nature of the grape, which gives it its characteristic sweetness.

Stored in American oak barrels for years, a slow oxidation gives it complex aromas and flavors that make it a pleasure and a privilege for the most discerning palates.
