In the plantation, quality criteria have prevailed, moderating production, seeking a greater number of smaller grape clusters. For this reason, the planting density in our vineyard is very high, with low vigor rootstocks, trellis training with a high vegetation height and a complete drip irrigation system has been installed that is managed with control to guarantee the harvest and maintain some water stress.

ELABORATION
AND BREEDING

Wine made from grapes separated by variety (Graciano and Garnacha) and destemmed. Alcoholic fermentation of 7 days duration. Maceration with skins for 3 days. Fermentation temperature of 26ºC. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tank. Aged in stainless steel tanks for six months.

COLOR

Bright cherry red color of medium intensity.

FLAVORS

Intense characteristic aromas of eucalyptus.

PALATE

Tasty palate, good acidity, flexible and well integrated tannins.
