VINEYARD

Wine from vineyard estates with more than 20 years of age.
In the planting of our vineyards, quality criteria have prevailed at all times, moderating production, seeking a greater number of grape clusters with smaller grains. For this reason, the planting density in our vineyard is very high (4,000 plants per hectare according to a 2.5 x 1 meter planting frame). The vineyard also has an entire irrigation system that, through the support of meteorological stations located in different farms, allows us to control the stress of the plants and thus achieve a greater concentration in the grape.

ELABORATION
AND BREEDING

Alcoholic fermentation of 6 days. Maceration with skins for 5 days. Fermentation temperature of 28ºC. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tank.
Stay in American oak barrels for 12 months followed by a minimum rest in the bottle of 6 months until the moment of marketing.

COLOR

Very bright middle layer wine.

FLAVORS

On the nose notes of ripe fruit (blackberries, currants) are perceived very well assembled with toasted aromas, cinnamon, toffee caramel.

PALATE

On the palate it is a velvety, very pleasant wine with great fruit expression. It is long and with high quality tannins.
