Tempranillo

VINEYARD

Wine from more than 70 hectares of own vineyard located in Viana. In the plantation, quality criteria have prevailed, moderating production, seeking a greater number of smaller grape clusters. For this reason, the planting density in our vineyard is very high (4,000 plants per hectare according to a 2.5 x 1 meter planting frame), low vigor rootstocks, trellis training with high vegetation height and a complete drip irrigation system that is managed with control to guarantee the harvest and maintain a certain hydric stress.

ELABORATION
AND BREEDING

Wine made from grapes separated by variety and destemmed. Alcoholic fermentation of 7 days duration. Maceration with skins for 3 days. Fermentation temperature of 26ºC. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tank.

COLOR

Brilliant garnet with violet notes.

FLAVORS

Fresh varietal aromas of fruit and well-assembled eyes.

PALATE

Enveloping, warm, smooth and pleasant to drink.
