VINEYARD

Wine from more than 70 hectares of own vineyard located in Viana. In the plantation, quality criteria have prevailed, moderating production, seeking a greater number of smaller grape clusters. For this reason, the planting density in our vineyard is very high (4,000 plants per hectare according to a 2.5 x 1 meter planting frame), low vigor rootstocks, trellis training with high vegetation height and a complete drip irrigation system that is managed with control to guarantee the harvest and maintain a certain hydric stress.

ELABORATION
AND BREEDING

After a selection of deposits, a cold maceration is carried out for 10 hours, followed by bleeding of the tear must by gravity. Alcoholic fermentation for 20 days, at a controlled temperature, with a maximum of 16 degrees Celsius. Does not carry out malolactic fermentation.

COLOR

Raspberry pink with reddish and violet hues. Clean and bright.

FLAVORS

Complex, composed of intense aromas of red fruits and caramel.

PALATE

Sweet, silky and balanced. It is a structured wine with a long aftertaste.
