Vintage

The harvest was carried out by hand selecting the best grapes from our own harvest.

Development and aging:

The maceration was carried out for 15 days, fermenting at a controlled temperature (28ºC), thus allowing all its aromas and characteristics to be preserved.
Once the fermentation was finished, it was aged in a selection of French, Hungarian and American oak barrels for a total of 12 months.

Phases:

Visual phase: It has a cherry red color of medium-high intensity.

Olfactory phase: very complex aroma reminiscent of aromas of ripe red fruits, spices, liquorice, vanilla and coconut.
Gustatory phase: It is a pleasant, full-bodied wine with a long persistence on the palate.
