Vintage

The harvest was carried out by hand during the first weeks of September from the grapes of our own harvest.

Development and aging:

The wine is made from the flower must, decanted by gravity. Fermented at a controlled temperature of 18ºC. Subsequently, it is aged for 4 months on its lees.

Phases:

Visual phase: It has a pale yellow color with greenish reflections. Clean and bright appearance.

Olfactory phase: Varietal aromas reminiscent of white fruits such as apple and pear and also with notes of ripe tropical fruits such as pineapple, peach and banana.
Gustatory phase: Fresh on the palate, fruity and balanced with a long persistence on the palate.
